Cannabis Club Registration

1. Membership Requirements

- Age: Members must be at least 21 years old.

- Fees: $50 Per Person/ 15th of every month

Payment:

Membership fees and contact information are to be provided in-store.
Payments are due on the 15th of every month.
New participants joining at other times of the month will receive a prorated membership fee of $25.

2. Club Etiquette

- Conduct: Members must adhere to club rules and exhibit respectful behavior at all

times.

- Respect: Treat all members and staff with respect.

- Conversation: Engage in friendly and inclusive conversations. Avoid controversial

topics such as politics and religion.

- Noise Level: Maintain a moderate noise level to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for

everyone.

3. Smoke Etiquette

- Sharing : Do not share without permission, and a group consensus. 420 products only.

- Handling equipment: Handle house equipment with care to avoid damage.

4. Club Facilities

- Cleanliness: Keep the club clean. Dispose of cigar butts and other waste in designated

areas.

- Personal Belongings: Keep personal items organized and do not leave them

unattended.

- Damage: Report any damage to club property immediately.

5. Events and Gatherings

Temporary Relocation:

Be prepared to temporarily relocate to another area of the club if requested, to facilitate event setup.
Clean Up:

Clean up your area before the event begins to ensure a tidy and welcoming space for all members.
Adhere to Timelines:

Follow any posted timelines for setup and event start times,.
Event Participation:

Respect those participating in the event; minimize distractions and disruptions during the movie.
Respect Staff Instructions:

Follow instructions from staff or event organizers promptly to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

6. Guest Policy

- Limitations: Limit the number of guests as specified by the club policy.

- Fees: $10 per guest 1 guests per member

7. Safety and Compliance

- Smoking Areas: Only smoke in designated smoking areas.

- Fire Safety: Adhere to all fire safety regulations.

- Legal Compliance: Follow all local laws and regulations regarding smoking  Cannabis and

tobacco use.

-The use or possession of alcohol, hard drugs, and any other illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the club premises.

8. Conflict Resolution

- Disputes: Resolve disputes amicably. If necessary, bring issues to the attention of club

management.

- Mediation: Club management will mediate disputes if required.

9. Feedback and Suggestions

Communication: Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the club experience.

- Surveys: Participate in periodic member surveys.

10. Termination of Membership

- Grounds for Termination: Membership may be terminated for repeated or serious

breaches of club rules.

- Process: Members will be given notice and an opportunity to explain before

termination.
